Childhood Dream
As a child I always dreamed of many things, such as becoming a literate person, teacher, speaker, writer and an entrepreneur. Now, that I have achieved all of them, my vision is to start a unique not your everyday coffee shop, I am getting my hand dirty to gain first hand experience of running a coffee shop, market research and marketing, so I am working for COSTA CAFE'.

My vision does not take much persuasion to get patrons of coffee Hypnotic to come back for more. Why? Making great espresso
Working for COSTA has been a revelation for me to see that we were making over £1000 a day just selling coffees and lattes. However, we were also losing clients who were queuing longer and getting really pissed off with the slow customer service system.
We were taught to serve coffee with an attitude, style, and finesse. Espresso is an art; there are many ways of getting it wrong! The grind, the measurement, freshness, the roast, tampering, temperature, water pressure.... the list goes on. Some people judge an espresso by the crema, some by the flavour, acidity and liqueur. By using coffee pods you get it right first time every time!
